Dr. March holds her Doctorate in Educational & Developmental Psychology from Capella University. She obtained her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Purdue University. Additionally, she holds certifications in applied behavior analysis, early intervention/developmental therapy, assessment-intervention of self-regulation for infants & toddlers and is credentialed in personality typology as an MBTI Master Practitioner; indicating differing psychological preferences in how people communicate, perceive the world and make decisions.

With over twenty years’ experience, Dr. March works with individuals across lifespan. In addition to therapeutic interventions, she is a Professor of Psychology and Business training graduate students and owns an executive coaching practice where she advances organizational leadership, communication, and change processes. Her passion is to help others self-reflect; looking within, to develop and reach maximum potentials.

Dr. March is skillful working with children, adolescents and their families, and adults using a psychodynamic approach with a focus on identifying and altering maladaptive patterns of behavior and thinking to effect positive change.  She is a seasoned child and adolescent therapist and provides parenting consultation. She comes from a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) perspective and often implements Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Interpersonal Therapy to help clients achieve goals and internal harmony; reflecting on knowing and behavioral change to improve life situations. She maintains success implementing these techniques across a wide variety of client groups. She also has an extensive background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), altering behavior of social significance.
